- egg and shrimps, herring, fish filet, liver pate, roasted pork OR medium rare duck breast and ris a la mande as dessert.
All served with bread and butter for lunch.
Danish traditional "stjerneskud"
- fried and steamed fish, salmon, handpeeled shrimps and dressing served on white bread with lemon
and danish caviar
Tartlets (3 pcs)- chicken and asparagus in a white sauce topped with tomatoes and parsley.

Parisian style Steak Tartar
- 250g of steak tartar on toasted white bread with capers, beets, cucumber, horseradish and raw egg yolk.
We recommend Schiøtz Gylden IPA.
Open omelette with crispy pork
- Served with salted crispy pork, smoked bacon, homemade crackling, tomatoes, cucumber and chives. Also beets, mustard, ketchup and rye bread and butter

- 250g of minced beef from Danish cattle.Served in white bread roll with mustard, mayonnaise, fried onions, pickled cucumber salad, beets, fried egg and sauce.
