- On white toast with fried mushrooms and crispy bacon.
Roasted pork (a classic)
- topped with cabbage, cucumbersalad and pork rinds.
warm Liver paté
- Served with hand carved blubber, beets and roasted mushrooms
Cheesse (heavily aged)
- served with onion rings, toppings on toasted white bread
- served with blackcurrant jam and white bread.
